I like to mix up equal parts crunchy peanut butter and sugar and eat it with a spoon. You get your protein, fat, sugar, fiber, lots of calories... all in a little, portable blob. And it's SO good! Better than any store-bought candy.

non traditional breakfast.... had that this morning,,,,
we had a power outage breakfast!! (lost power for a couple days) we warmed up the prime rib we cooked on the woodstove last night..
