It's like the whole smoking thing....all of these commercials, and the political committees telling you that you lungs are going to turn to burnt bacon and you will die by the age of 40, but all the smokers that you know are healthier than you, and you've only ever known of a couple of people that had ever really had problems from smoking.

A Big Mac and fries and nothing else every day ... I think I'd rather be dead. What a world he is missing. I have never eaten a Big Mac in my life.

They are no missing anything ...
they eat what they like, and not what people tell them to eat.

If you have never eaten a Big Mac in your life them you do not know what you are missing.

Hunderds of thousands of people eat them every day
and they are great.

He's missing a world of delicious, interesting, and nutritious food in order to eat garbage every day. I understand that he doesn't care. I've had other McDonald's burgers and don't need to eat a Big Mac to know what an extra patty and bun tastes like.

Eating the same thing every day is strange enough. But microwaved McMeat? Every day? Gross.

He mentioned having obsessive tendencies and those are clearly evident in the video - his collection of reciepts, etc.

I would view this story primarily through the lens of a person having strong obsessive traits. In this case, the obsession just happened to get focused on McD's burgers.

I find myself wondering what his wife is like.

God gave him different taste buds than you, and me, and everyone else.

He may not like what you or I eat.

12000 @ $50,000 approximately in todays dollars. Whoa!

Thats a decent sized middle income for a year. 1 20th of your income for the last 20 years for a big mac attack after taxes. Ouch.

Dont even get me started on Starbucks Coffee @ 18.00 a gal.
