I stir fry my broccoli with Tofu and sometimes add other vegetables.
You can also juice it - yes "juice it" and add an apple or something.
It tastes great!

I like it overcooked with butter - steam it to mush then hit it with some butter.

I like it steamed, in stir-fry, in an omelet, raw with dip, with cheese, in a quiche, in a vegetable medley...I think know how this is going.

Hot, cold, by itself, in salads, dipped in ketchup, doesn't matter.

I like frozen broccoli. I like it better than fresh.

Broiled with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Comes out crispy and delicious every time! Pair it with a rare pan-grilled ribeye steak and you've got yourself a heckuva meal.

I love broccoli raw in a salad or steamed with butter. When our son was young, he always begged 'please don't make me eat those little trees.'

Now my children are grown and gone but always ask me to make my broccoli salad when they return home to visit.

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Green or Black Olives (drained)
Optional: Sliced Mushrooms

One bottle of Italian Dressing (Optional: Zesty Italian)
One Pack of Good Seasons Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix (dry pack)
Pour the dry pack into the bottle of Italian Dressing and shake well. I let the dressing sit overnight in my refrig.
