C-D posters have given you solid suggestions.

Anything can be done with that fish and the
list can go on like a Bubba-Gump paraphrased recital!
You know..."There's all kinds of things you can do with tilalpia..."

You can make into, soups, stews, casseroles, salads, spreads,
fried nuggets, baked fingers, sandwiches, cakes, croquettes, etc.

That's why in the industry we call it a utility fish.

Most supermarkets guarantee your satisfaction with the food they sell, no questions asked. I won't do business with a store that does not offer that kind of guarantee.

If I buy a carton of milk on the sell-by date, and it tastes sour after 5 days, when I know it should be good at least for 7... back it goes.

If I buy packaged frozen food and the contents look nothing like the picture... back it goes.

If I'm halfway through a package of something and find something gross... back it goes.

I'm not trivial about using their satisfaction guarantee, and I never try to take advantage of it, but if I get something that is not as represented or that I would not eat, for whatever reason, back it goes.

One word: "chowder". Corn, tomatoes, chilies to taste. Lots of potatoes, you'll love it.

Sounds like you couldn't have known they'd changed the packaging until you OPENED THE BOX! Most reputable stores will take something like this back if you explain why.

That said we love tilapia and everything mentioned here sounds absolutely yummy!

What would you do with tilapia that is so small you can't really serve it as a filet for dinner?
Never again will I do this the fish came out to be 2.20 a lb for nine cent more I could get it at Aldi's and a decent size.

But I am now stuck with ten pounds of this and trying to figure out what to do, any ideas?
Please let us know how you prepared the Tilapia!

Thats right. Fish tacos is one good idea. Don't forget the baja sauce, cilantro and fresh cabbage. The size of these pieces is too small to grill, so go with broiled. Or fried.
