Usually i boil the bones to make the stock for a killer turkey soup the day after.
Another favorite is to fry up the left over Brussels, roast potatoes, peas and add some left over turkey meat, comes out kinda like a bubble and squeak, HP sauce highly recommended.
Left over Stuffing= sandwiches with generous dollops of cranberry sauce and a few slices of turkey.
If theres anything left at this point a bacon and turkey meat omelet for breakfast, again using the last of the cranberry sauce...

We will have a TG do-over, send a care package home with the child, and multi turkey sandwiches. After that there will be turkey soup and nothing left.

When we have left over turkey we make a casserole dish. One layer potato slices, one layer thin apple slices, one layer potato slices and so on and pour gravy over it and in the oven. Very tasty and with a salad a completely new meal

No leftover turkey this year - we went to someone else's house - so I'm cooking my turkey next week.

The leftovers will end up as soup, and sandwiches (with sriracha or wasabi mayonnaise) and just plain reheated. But I gotta admit, these turkey, mushroom and bacon puff pastry things look mighty good. . .

OMG, that looks delicious. I would even love it without the bacon.

I have a batch of turkey soup simmering away on the stove at this moment - the aroma is almost as good as when the bird was roasting yesterday.
