I LOVE whole milk and for the last month or so ITS TASTED LIKE CRAP!!!!!
Ya know how WHOLE MILK has that nice taste to it (I dunno if its cream they add or what) but its delicious!
Lately Its been horrible!!!!! -- Hardily ANY CREAMY TASTE AT ALL!!!!!!!! (Tastes like 2% (Sometimes not even that good (It upsets me because now that I have my YUMMY clear value mac and cheese back,IT DOESNT TASTE QUITE AS GOOD BECAUSE THE MILK INST AS CREAMY!!)))
I always use WHOLE MILK to make it and its just been a nightmare since I got more clear value!!
Has anyone else who likes WHOLE MILK noticing it doesnt taste as good?? (I first thought maybe the GOVT is trying to ruin milk also (LIKE THEY ARE EVERY OTHER FOOD))

It's disheartening to me that so many people use that term to discuss any taste they don't like. Come on, folks, dig a little deeper... find a better word, a more accurate word, a more descriptive word. As it is, I really have little clue what you're really talking about.
What I can tell you is that milk is an agricultural product that varies quite a bit depending on the season of the year. Dairy cows are not out grazing on abundant fields of fresh green grass this time of year, so the taste of the milk produced changes as the feed changes, and the cycle of pregnancy and calving progresses.
IOW, it's nature. In nature things change throughout the year, including the taste of milk.
The milk I buy has been changing too, its because of the change in the seasons, grass doesn't have so many natural sugars at this time of the year as its not actively growing and winter forage just doesn't measure up.
That said I am part of a herdshare program so my milk is unpasteurised, anti-biotic and hormone free so it probably tastes a whole lot better than anything available in the store.
1% organic here, and it tastes better than the whole milk.
