Mine is to continue my new-ish jogging routine and build up my stamina & mileage, and to eat much less wheat. That one parameter is the simplest way I've found to help reduce and then maintain a healthier weight for me.

Food wise I'm pretty good. I cook most (not bread and stuff) from scratch, and most of it is very healthy.

I guess I just have to eat LESS, I'm not overweight but I am a size heavier than most of my clothes.

I find eating breakfast I'm not hungry come lunch time & barely at supper time. So my resolution is to eat more balanced meals clockwise.

Well I am already doing WW but hubby is not and he has mentioned he'd like to loose 40 lbs. He has more than that to loose but He thinks this is a good small goal to achieve. I plan to cook with more veggies and proteins and less carbs than I have in the past and no more late night snacking like chips or cheese doodles because that's his favorite. I am starting this Saturday. I have to shop for all of this, so for now we will still eat better but will have a total revamp of my kitchen pantry.

I'm going to try to eat mostly meat, veggies and fruit only. After being in Kentucky for a week, I'm ready for salad. All of this Paula Dean food is making me nauseous.
