I have some lettuce to use up before it goes bad - I don't believe in throwing out/wasting food. Tonight it will be Chef's salad and garlic toast.

Slow Cooker Stew - with Gardien Beef tips, onions, mushrooms, carrots, peas, sweet peppers, and celery; in a rich vegetable based. gravy.

I used Lipton Onion Soup (2 packets) 2 crushed garlic cloves, flat leaf parsley, rosemary, sage, tarragon, and several healthy splashes of burgundy wine.

This can be made much easier using frozen stew veggies. I'd ad peas and carrots. Easier than pie!

Home made coleslaw will accompany dinner.

Desert will be chocolate cake.

It was going to be 15 bean soup with smoked kielbasa, but the beans just aren't getting soft enough yet. So, instead, pork tenderloin medallions with cheesy cauliflower mash.
