Semolina pizza crust with cheeses and mushrooms. I might make a second one a white pizza with spinach and garlic. I will swirl in sun dried tomato pesto and regular pesto I have in the fridge. I am in the mood for something not tomatoey.

Serving with white rice and mint tea to drink.

Leftover corn chowder.

Corn & red pepper soup + cubed red potatoes (boiled) + sliced celery + shredded carrot + 1 cup spinach + 1/2 cup canned corn + 1/2 cup roasted corn (frozen) + bag of langostine tails (frozen) + pepper. I had to throw something together last night and got everything at Trader Joe's.
