Just finished making a batch of twice baked potatoes, so tonight we'll have those with grilled sirloin steaks & steamed carrots. (It's 72 degrees here.)

ppphhhhtttttt. Our low last night was about 15 below and our high today got to 2 F.
I had some meatless Spanish rice at a friend's house but I'm still hungry. So I'm roasting some veggies in the oven right now.
Well, like the rest of the country we are in a cold snap. The high today was 79.
I am making a veggie laden sheppard's pie. My first, so I have about three different recipes I'm pulling from.
Just a side salad, steamed sugar peas or zucchini, whichever looks like it needs to be used first.
I don't know how you guys do it, but stay warm!!
