Fpr logistical reasons, had St Patrick's day dinner a day late with friends and family.
Corned beef, cabbage & onions, boiled potatoes, steamed carrots. And for dessert some sort of three-layer jello pie which was amazing, and someone else brought shamrock-shaped cookies with mint icing.
No green beer though.

Had a cousin's funeral at 11 AM & a fellow church member's funeral at 1PM (have NEVER done 2 funerals in one day!) then baked & frosted 36 cupcakes for granddaughter's birthday, for her to take to school in morning. Said all that, to say.....NO WAY WAS I GONNA' COOK! So, it was shredded wheat & sliced strawberries {again}. For dinner. Hubby had leftover chicken fajita & granddaughter had leftover Subway pizza. Are we pitiful or what??!!
