What's on Tonight's Dinner Menu? 2014 (burgers, grilling, mushrooms, shrimp)

I love peas. My parents told me that even when I was 5 years old, I wanted more peas before birthday cake.

Leftover barbecued pork with brown rice, steamed broccoli and a diced mango.

Boiled potato topped with cheddar and jalapeno jack cheeses along with a dollop of sour cream and leftover chili.

Tonight we have homemade pizza with my own tomato sauce,green bell peppers,ginger,garlic,onions,mushrooms,green olives,tomatoes and old Canadian cheddar cheese and with it a green salad. To drink lemon water and for dessert a plate of sliced Kiwi and Strawberries.

Maple pecan crusted salmon (my fish for the week), basmati rice, spinach and mushroom salad, and sliced strawberries with yogurt drizzle.

I'm finally able to cook again using my thumb (I sliced it very badly last week) so tonight it will be:
Sticky braised short ribs, Tuscan mushrooms, baked penne with roasted veggies and espresso brownies for dessert.
