I never find really ripe ones only the ones harvested green for shipping:>)
Something with chicken breasts. Maybe curry, rice, fruit, some green salad. Heavy work load and some tile work to finish afterwards.

Do you have a recipe you could share?

Last night was spaghetti noodles with a sauce made of pesto, white beans, chopped tomatoes, and chopped marinated artichokes. Topped with parm.

Today I have a pork roast in the crock with some creole seasoning. Will figure out sides when I get home...

A raspberry non-fat Greek yogurt, 3 slices of whole wheat bread with hummus and a large mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of non-fat milk.

Left over pasta and a chicken burger for hubby. I did not eat lunch because I wasn't hungry and eating dinner does not appeal to me either. I will have something maybe PB& J. BTW I feel fine just not hungry lately which is VERY ODD for me LOL.
