kudzu my DH used to eat all the time mangoes in the Punjab so long ago and he loves them. This seems to be the season right now, we buy them in an East Indian store. Every year we buy every week a box of 12 and mostly eat them plain. They have a lot of health benefits.
I never find really ripe ones only the ones harvested green for shipping:>)
Something with chicken breasts. Maybe curry, rice, fruit, some green salad. Heavy work load and some tile work to finish afterwards.
Left over pasta and a chicken burger for hubby. I did not eat lunch because I wasn't hungry and eating dinner does not appeal to me either. I will have something maybe PB& J. BTW I feel fine just not hungry lately which is VERY ODD for me LOL.
Sausage with vinegar peppers and onions with a side of white rice mixed with spinach..
