DH and I split a huge -and I mean huge - cheese calzone. Just that alone stuffed each of us for the entire night.

The last ham is going in the smoker. Corn bread, greens, beans, vanilla ice cream (pudding for me), a no-brainer movie and a cold beer.
I need the rest of the ham for breakfast burritos on the run. Cubed tiny, frozen in 1/2 cup boxes. Add one egg and one slice of cheese, roll into a tortilla - done.
