Made a pot of meatballs in the crockpot. Tonight we had salad and meatball parmesan heroes. Tomorrow night will be spaghetti and meatballs. The rest will go into the freezer for another time.
I am prepared to make one heck of a big taco feast! I will be using seasoned ground pork. Excited about all the fresh, beautiful tomatoes that I got yesterday! Happy weekend, folks!

Ribeye steak with some button mushroom slices.
First time to cook steak and it turned out perfect to my taste, crispy on the edges and juicy on the inside, complemented with a glass of bordeaux
Saturdays the cook is off ...we may have an omelette with chives and tomatoes and with it a spinach salad and for dessert a strawberry,banana and blueberry smoothie. That is the plan for now...might change to French baguette with 2 kind of cheeses,grapes and a vino with it..will see
