Tonight is baked pork chops, brown rice, steamed squash and toast.

Mesquite chicken breast from the freezer, and plain steamed broccoli.

3 slices of whole wheat bread with a mixture of 2 hard-boiled eggs, an avocado & non-fat mayonnaise and a large glass of cranberry juice.

Grilled boneless skinless thighs for hubby, for me a little bit of the alfredo pasta that was leftover. I also made fresh green beans with sliced Vidalia onions, balsamic and EVOO.

The potluck was today.
Chicken roti, calamari, spring rolls, shrimp dumplings, patties, West Indian stew chicken, na'an, rice and peas, pansit, cod balls, BBQ chicken wings, saltfish and ackee, salads, and much more.
Strawberry cheesecake, Belgian chocolate cake, and carrot cake.
