Oooh, so glad to answer this today; can't wait 'til dinner time! Nice and cool so I can use the oven and not worry about it getting too hot in the house!

Chicken thighs with rice and my favorite veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, red potatoes, and sweet potatoes in a roaster in the oven.

It is a hot and humid day here in VA. Tonight we will grill ground lamb burgers and serve them in pita with tzatziki, sliced tomatoes, red onions and lettuce. We will have a nice citrus vinegarette salad (we currently love the citrus vinegarette from the blog Cafe Sucre Farine, google it, great blog) and some left over pasta pesto. I can't wait to dig in!!!

A mango guanabana non-fat Greek yogurt, 3 toasted slices of light wheat bread with strawberry spread and a large mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

This evening, I sat down to some Cracker Barrel pinto beans, cornbread, biscuits, and coffee.

Huge slabs of pork ribs were on sale today for about $3 apiece.
My son is coming over for supper, so I have some ribs marinating in a brown sugar/garlic/maple sauce before I throw them on the BBQ. Served with basmati rice.

I don't know what I'm having yet. Maybe a nice piece of fish or some shrimp skewers.

God, I love my little Le Creuset Dutch oven! I was tending the ribs and forgot I had the rice on the stove.
Didn't stick or burn.
