Do you put sour cream in your banana bread? It makes it SO nice and moist!

BBQ chicken legs for hubby. I am also making broccoli with garlic, oil and lemon, I am grilling 2 portabella mushroom caps.
I will have one and make it like a burger with saute'd onions and cheese.

I use yogurt and a ton of butter. I suspect the yogurt serves the same purpose as the sour cream.

Update: The banana bread is baking, and the house smells delicious. It should be done just in time for the kids' arrival home from school. Yum!

Some nice thick pork chops, over stuffing with apples and raisins are baking in the oven right now. Butternut squash with it.

I like to put dried cranberries and walnuts in my banana bread. I have to make a separate, plain loaf for my son.

I'm grilling cheeseburgers and making French fries and a macaroni salad. Dessert brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I'll walk an extra 5 miles tomorrow!

Today I made it plain, but chocolate chips are good, too. I like the idea of cranberries. I'm thinking cranberries, walnuts, AND chocolate chips would be delicious.
