finish up the squash fritters I made last night
twice baked potatoes

decaf ice tea
dessert I "invented" which is drained cans of pineapple and mandarin oranges, walnuts, coconut, 1/2 C sour cream, partial tub of cool whip, couple tablespoons of strawberry preserves all served over individual strawberry shortcake cakes

We are having plain hamburgers (which means no bun in our home), steamed green beans, applesauce and cottage cheese.
Supper plans can sometimes change with one phone call.
A friend from out of state called and she and her family will be close to us around 6pm this evening so we are leaving the plain hamburgers home in the fridge and going to meet her and her family for a nice, long overdue visit and supper. Can't wait, actually I need to wait until after we get showers before we leave..
Tonight, I've got burgers going on the grill with potato salad and barbecue beans.
