Grilled Alaskan salmon with basil butter, steamed zucchini and leftover rice (or a boiled potato - I haven't decided yet).

For dessert, it is time to cut open the watermelon that has been hopefully ripening to its full potential for about a week. It's been a long time since I have purchased a whole watermelon and I wanted to make sure that it is ripe enough once I cut it.

I`m making Butter Chicken. I only have one small chicken breast, so I'm rounding it out with cubed zucchini and aubergine. Should work.
Served with jasmine rice.
