Oh my gosh, I couldn't.. cutting into it would make me squeel in pain

Roasted vegetable plate...red potatoes brushed with herb infused olive oil and roasted on parchment, carrots and red onions, cauliflower tossed with lemon juice, salt and bit of olive oil and sprinkled with Parmesan during the last few minutes of roasting. Angry orchard crisp apple cider to drink.
