I came home from Dallas this afternoon and decided to have some comfort food for dinner. We had beef stew with rice and banana cream pie. Time to go sleep!

We are going to have meat loaf, probably baked potatoes and broccoli and cauliflower salad using that awful food that will kill us: a package of ramen noodles.

Now that Jersey Mike's subs is here in Tulsa, the DS and I will order that today. I want the ham and provolone with lettuce, tomato and onion with extra oil and vinegar, he will have the club, with turkey, ham, swiss, and bacon. I hardly ever drink soda, but I may have a Dr. Pepper today. Stay cool everybody!

Love meatloaf! It reminds me of Mom and Dad and being home. It's my comfort food. I'd rep ya, but they want me to spread the love...

Still too early to know...but I may just cook up some Italian sausages and meatballs....not for serving in spaghetti sauce....but perhaps with buttered pasta on the side and a green vegetable.

No .....I have a nice egg plant and will make egg plant parm....I saw a good recipe.and that is why I bought the eggplant.
