Throwing a NY strip on the Foreman for DH. I will steal a few slivers of it, but probably fill up on bread, cheese, and a honey crisp apple again.

(Humming.. If I only had a Brie....)

Well, I have decided that maybe I don't have dinner envy (not really sure and the jury is still out on this matter) but I do enjoy reading everyone's dinner menus and it makes me hungry all over again...even after I have already eaten my dinner.

Anyway, tuna salad sandwich on oatnut bread, cucumber, tomato, and sweet onion salad, a side of chips and a nice glass of lemonade tonight.

Ufurahie chakula chako, kids!

I made creamy chicken pasta and some garlic bread.

Tonight is duck recipe day #2, remove bird from marinade. Blanch the bird by pouring boiling water evenly on all sides. Pat dry. Brush on a mixture (of cooked .25c) each of black vinegar, honey, water.. Let the bird refrigerate another 24-48 hours. Friday night is the final day..

Macaroni and cheese with tuna mixed in for hubby, frosted mini wheat's cereal with milk for me and an apple. I wasn't in the mood for anything else.
