Tonight we're doing Mexican...
Corn chips and white cheese dip, a cold beer and then the Chicken w Mexican rice, re-fried beans, salad, plus the guacamole sauce and sour cream. All washed down with another beer...
Already looking forward to it.
We were going to go to granddaughters for a family dinner. Our son has some great nieces and nephews he hasn't even met, but spoiled brat has a terrible cold and his gout is acting up as well; we bailed out. Because salmon was going to be dinner, I think I will take some out of the freezer so we can pretend we are eating with the family.
15 bean soup with leftover ham I found in the freezer
romaine lettuce, pear, bacon salad with home made blue cheese dressing topped with sugared walnuts
Falafel, Israeli salad, pita, hummus, grilled eggplant, pears and pomegranate over vanilla ice cream.
Gotta air out the house now!!,
Couldn't find an extension cord long enough to reach outside and fry!!!
Jalapeño cheeseburgers and sweet potato fries. Limeade and sweet tea for drinks.
