In the summer I usually fix marinated squash and zucchini (grilled) as a side. Sometimes I'll grill some pineapple to go along with it as well. It's a good compliment to the ribs, especially if they have some zing to them.

Sauerkraut cooked with sliced onions, fresh apple slices and brown sugar and mashed potatoes!! Even better if you cook the ribs on top of the sauerkraut.

Fry some diced onion and bacon. Then add green beans. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy.
