My husband has diabetes and I have to know what the ingredients are along with the carbs, calories, sugar and fiber.
I check ingredients and the amount of sugar. If they add sugar I avoid it, this can be either HFCS or regular cane sugar doesn't make a difference to me.
Amounts of fat,specifically saturated fat. Sugar, then sodium.
Then, if the list of ingredients is too long. Ever check same 2 things by different companies, one has 30 ingredients while the other has 6-7. I always choose the latter.
