Eating like a bird actually means eating a lot. Many birds eat twice their body weight every day. So, if you're about 150 pounds, eating like a bird means eating about 300 pounds of food in one day.
Not too shabby!

Visited an all you can eat buffet in Vegas 5-6 times (probably 5000 calories). Was so stuffed I could not move afterward.

I don't know. I've never been able to eat a lot of food at one time, but I used to "marathon" eat, meaning, I'd stay at a buffet and eat for hours until I was finally full.

This is the only post in the thread I can remotely relate to, and I've ever had a Big Mac. A cheeseburger and all of the fries fills me up.

An entire "extra large" NYC cheese pizza (8 huge slices) in about 2 hours. 2 hours later I made and ate a grilled cheese sandwich followed by 3 twinkies. I went to bed and puked when I woke up. I have no idea why I did it.

Also, a very large friend of mine ate 12 bic macs on a dare for $50. and of course his food was paid for too. The funny thing is that he had already pounded a large fry before he was dared. So gross.

many moons ago, mcdonalds had a weekend special hamburgers for 10 cents each

i had a bunch of kids with me going to the beach and a few of them said lets stop at mcdonalds,,, and i said ok- then one of them said hey a hamburger is only ten cents,
so, being the frugal person i was , i bought a 50 of them

and we had an eating contest on the way to the beach.... i stopped at 12 ...the kids did pretty good, most of them were gone by the time we got to the ocean

What is that thing? I've never heard of a paper roast.

It is a monster sized crepe filled with spicy mashed potatoes and sauteed onions. I actually ate a relatively small one. They can be up to 6.5 ft long . Those are called family roasts. I have posted an image. Its the only way a vegetarian dude can show off his true appetite:

I have a crazy sweet tooth and each year around Valentine's Day I love eating those little conversation hearts. Recently I found my favorite kind (sort of soft and sugary, not the tart type) on sale, 4 bags for $4.00. Absentmindedly at home I sort of missed lunch but kept eating those candy hearts. I finished three bags on my own (don't judge). Soon after, we went out for an early dinner. I had a beer waiting for my meal to arrive...

Did you know that candy hearts mixed with a carbonated drink has the effect of the mentos/diet coke experiment? Yes, it does. I was in the bar at Chilis with my family and started burping up sweet bubbles. I suddenly got so full-feeling that I thought I needed to go to the bathroom to puke foam. Anyway, I made it through the episode but won't do that again. I'll stop at one bag. :-)

Either an entire medium pizza, or four heaping bowls of food w/tortillas at this Mongolian Barbecue (I was shocked that a girl I ate with matched me though).
