I bought steak tips (cut into chunks) for a recipe this week and it didn't turn out very good. i only used half of them, so I now need to figure out something else to use these for.
I would be thrilled to hear any suggestions.... as a former long-time vegetarian, meat dishes are just not my forte... even though I now like meat.
Thanks for the ideas- I hadn't thought of beef kabobs, but those sound good.
These are just sitting in my fridge, raw and untouched, no marinade yet.
I have long searched for an excellent beef marinade recipe, so if anyone has one they recommend, I may try that. I have experimented with them, but am never thrilled with the results.
Maybe I will try the one listed in the kabob recipe posted by pickle juice.
One of my go to marinades is dijon mustard, horseradish, Thai chili paste and soy sauce. If you don't like spicy then you could get rid of the horseradish and chili paste add some brown sugar and molasses.

There's a great recipe for marinade on the kabob link I posted.
I would put them in the slow cooker with whatever seasoning you use if any then after they are done make a gravy out of the drippings left in the slow cooker, cook some pasta and make beef and noodles.
That is always one of my go to favorites when I have a bit of beef or chicken left that needs to be used.
