My vote would be no. If not only for the food poisoning possibility, leftover fish never tastes good anyway, IMO. So, two reasons not to save this one.
How cool was it in your kitchen last night? Did the foil pkg feel cool to the touch this morning? How does it smell? Does calling them nuggets mean that they are breaded?
I wouldn't put it in the freezer. I would have a fish sandwich or taco or fish something today, toss whatever I didn't eat, and cook less the next time.
the danger zone for bacterial growth is 40-140 degrees
if it was left in this range for a substantial amount of time,,, id throw them out
what part of the fish does the "nugget" come from??
is that icelandic fish nuggets from china???? you've got a trifecta of problems with that-between the breading on the nuggets are probly made with unbleached white flour,,, and you gotta know a "nugget" is code word for fish pink slime,,,maybe even ground up eyeballs and scales..
and if from china, just know they feed their fish human waste .... they are free range fish,,,but full of crap,
or
you can just heat them up and enjoy them
( ive been watching the news lately,,,,,food is killing us all )
Are you asking if you can put them back in the freezer to eat at another time? Personally I would toss them out. I wouldn't eat frozen nuggets that had been defrosted, baked thoroughly and then re-frosted. Especially seafood. I know what you're probably thinking...I hate to waste to but in this case I think you have to throw them out.
