Blend fresh strawberries until liquid. Add in a little bit of maple syrup or agave and mix well. VERY tasty!

This is the best. REAL maple syrup and real butter. This is maple syrup season right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always put wild blueberries in the batter, the small sweet blueberries. No whipped cream or extra stuff. the original is the best.

Nothing and I do not mean that nothing is good on them. A lost of things are. But I like my pancakes with no topping at all. Just a nice, fluffy pancake for me.

I'm with the butter, syrup, & pork crowd...but...

Since I'm a Southerner I actually go with butter, sorghum syrup, & bacon.

I haven't tried it yet, but I bet a tablespoon or two of peanut butter would be good on pancakes, maybe with some maple syrup poured over it. Next time I have pancakes, I'm gonna give it a try.

Peanut butter is a lot like bacon - it adds a really good flavor to just about everything, especially home made beef vegetable soup.

It's how Russians eat blini, and especially popular for Lent.
Crimanysakes who left the door open and let the French Canuck in.

Sheesh if your gonna go down this route at least call it a bilini and not a pancake.

OP try tossing some crumbled up breakfast sausage in your flap jack batter and top with some REAL maple syrup grade B heated until just hot and slightly steamy. Don't forget the real cream butter. Try buckwheat pancakes.
