No. I've never refrigerated vinegar of any kind.

If it goes bad, I have been using a lot of bad vinegar for years. I have a selection of several bottles and they are all on my vinegar rack.

Vinegar does not "go bad". Some may loose flavor like herb or fruit vinegars.

I never keep vinegar in the fridge unless it's a mixed salad dressing.

I've never kept it in the fridge and I've had the same bottle for over two years. You do need to keep it in a dark and cool place.

It should keep for years. And years. And years. Don't even bother putting it in the fridge.
