Everyone likes to bash McDonald's, but if McDonald's hamburgers are mostly soy, then actually they are healthy and good for you, right?

soy is not good for you. it's relatively neutral, although eaten too often
it is dangerous for men.

NO!! When you take a look at all the junk that goes into a double quarter pounder with cheese and the amount of fat and calories in one meal, even a moderately insane person will know that it is in no way shape or form good for you.

Read this about just ONE Double Quarter Pounder - http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/...donalds/6227/2

Calories - 760
Calories from fat - 432
Sodium - 1450mg
Fat - 48 grams
Cholesterol - 165 mg

So do you REALLY think this is good for you? Really?!?!?!

Do you also consider marijuana and tobacco healthy because after all, they are technically vegetables and from the earth.

I might have endometriosis so I avoid soy at all costs (if possible).

But yeah, that pink slime and those preservatives are healthy.

Well, it certainly doesn't bolster the OP's claim.
