if you went on that show and you could choose to cook something for the judges what would you cook for them?

i would cook a Tuna Pasta bake make as i am not a good cook.

Rack of lamb covered with fresh garlic and Rosemary, braised in a 50/50 mixture of dry vermouth and chicken stock. It's my only dish that would be in place on the menus of the best restaurants in the world.

I would have a plate and just put an apple on it..


be the last one in line for a challenge,,,have the other contestants go on and on about their dishes,,,then come to mine,,,id stand proud with an apple on my plate...tell them how delicious it is and its organic
