Correlle sells some nice divided plates. I still use them with my kids.

Corelle Livingware Winter Frost White 10.25" Divided Dish - Walmart.com

I like the fact that they are not plastic.

Default Update

OT now says to break down the food even more.

Instead of mac n cheese separate from her chicken- separate the noodles from the cheese sauce and then separate that from the chicken.

So in that case, couldnt you just make her plain pasta or does she still want the cheese sauce on the side? If thats the case, maybe buy a jar of cheese sauce and a box of plain pasta

Maybe you could present her with cooked pasta in the big part of the plate, plus softened butter and Parmigiano-Reggiano in the two smaller compartments, for her to mix however she likes.

Then she could have chicken as a second course.
