I've seen the frozen ones. I don't buy those. Well, I rarely buy them because no one else will eat them. They taste bitter to me unless I roast them.

I usually braise them in butter and orange juice. They taste good and I exceed my needs for Vitamin C as Brussels sprouts and orange juice are excellent sources of the vitamin.

Hops (as in beer) - under used in most mainstream beers all across the world
Coffee - no sugar, no milk or cream ever
Chocolate - never milk chocolate. Good chocolate states the percentage of cocoa in it.
