So do you drink milk? If yes what kind of milk and will this potentially change your milk drinking habits?

Two quotes from the article:

Michaëlsson said that both children and adults should not omit milk or other dairy products from their balanced, healthy diet. "It's too early to make specific recommendations based on our findings," he said. "This study should not be viewed in isolation but as one piece in the puzzle of evidence."

Michaëlsson was quick to point out that these findings only show an association between milk and an increased risk of death, and they do not prove a cause-effect relationship.

Typical Yahoo! Article - alarmist headline with an article that is not supportive of it.

My thoughts exactly. I didn't even bother to read it this morning when I saw it. I don't pay any attention to sensationalism, but I guess some people are pretty gullible, otherwise we wouldn't see these studies all the time.

Besides the yahoo article, I saw it discussed this morning on the CBS Morning Show as well.

Eggs and milk - they're good for you, no they're bad for you, oops they're good for you, well they're bad for you, now they're good for you .

Common sense is always good for you.

Didn't Aristotle say something about everything in moderation? I think that his advice from 2500 years ago is pretty accurate.

Whole milk with 5 scoops of chocolate malt Ovaltine. Yum! Follow it up with a Mtn. Dew and I'm a happy camper

I'd rather drink milk, which has been drunk for thousands of years by humans, than some synthetically-produced drink from soy or almonds.

Moderation, as many say above.
