Spaghetti and meatballs or fish and rice. I make my meatballs once a month and freeze them, so I just take out what I want for the night of and thaw them. Fish is also really easy since all I do is season then bake it. The rice goes in the cooker.

Pappa John's. I rarely order pizza, but there are days when cooking is just not going to happen. I would rather have half way decent pizza delivered to going to McD's

Been trying to add more Veggies and fiber to my diet and less meat so dragged out the ole juicer. Did a greenish drink with kale, parsley, celery.green pepper, carrots, tomato. Drank the juice then put the pulp in the blender and added chicken broth and liquefied the whole thing. Heated the whole thing up and added a rinsed can of black beans and garlic powder and ground mixed pepper. Voila-soup!! Healthier then store bought. Put it in baggies and fridge or freeze it for a super quick meal.
Thinking maybe carrots, sweet potato or squash plus an apple will make a great juice plus a good soup maybe with a little
nutmeg added and maybe white beans.

This is great. We juice every couple of months to clean ourselves out and it feels like such a waste to throw away all the pulp.

I don't do hot dogs, but I love M-n-C with rinsed kidney beans and dill pickle relish. Throw some Frank's on there, too. One of my fave "bad" meals!

We're having one tonight. Salmon in a foil pouch with a bit of butter, on the grill 12 minutes. Micro waved sweet potatoes, 4 minutes. Steam in a bag veg, 5 minutes.

Tuna melt - usually w/provolone cheese

Mac & cheese

Soup & salad - if it's can soup, usually by a chicken vegetable soup and then add spinach, brocelli,
tomatoes, and a cup of water and it almost taste like homemade !
