I love okra.

I prepare it different ways ... with lemon and butter, or a creamy black peppercorn sauce, or even "Italian Style" with a tomato marinara sauce and melted mozzarella and provolone on top!
Sounds interesting, I've never had it prepared like that but I think I could enjoy it any kind of way! I usually just put it in the oven and add a little olive oil and seasonings. I eat it like this several times a week! I like it fried too or just in a soup.

Once in a while for a "snack" I like to spread mayonnaise (Best Foods) on a slice of white bread and have at it. This would be 'ick' only for people who don't like mayonnaise. However, I couldn't even try it with Miracle Whip.

My brother likes to load his baked potatoes with Miracle Whip. I cringe to think of it.

AUGH! I cannot STAND Miracle Whip. My husband loves it and I always ask him, "Were you raised by a pack of wolves?" when he wants a sandwich with Miracle Whip!

He doesn't know it but I only use mayo in stuff like chicken or tuna or egg salad.

leftover from my vegan days, I LOVE my veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, spinach. Absolutely love this stuff. I steam it, saute it, roast it... all delicious. And I adore salads.

I like cold food for some reason, even cold refried beans. And, I eat peanut and almond butter by the spoonful.

As far as I know, Hellman's IS Best Foods; it's a label/marketing thing for different parts of the country.

Ah, well no wonder I like Hellman's then. I'd like Best Foods mayo too then I guess!

And yes, I just looked it up and Hellmans is sold EAST of the Rocky Mountains and Best Foods is sold WEST of the Rocky Mountains - and they are the same company!

Polk Sallet. My family loves it boiled and cooked with eggs. Most folks think it is just weeds, but cooked correctly it is a tasty and healthy dish.
