No cooking tonight (leftovers) but taking tomorrow off and plan on making something good for dinner; thinking some veal parm and a big salad. Gravy is already made so it's just frying up the veal and the salad is easy peasy!

pork steak, one of our cheap favorites. I will use up the rest of the bean salad as well and I don't know what else, maybe rice or maybe potatoes.

I'll make a big pot of broccoli cheddar soup( made with carrots, celery, onion, mushrooms and garlic) and serve it with homemade southern cornbread and a yogurt and fruit salad

Breaded chicken breast, strudel with potatoe, bacon, onion, herbs, green salad, tiny tomatoes quickly pay fried and glazed with sugar/balsamico, jury is still out on vegetables.

I am making chicken cutlets but hubby wants leftover chili. So he can have that I'll have some chicken and with the leftover cutlets I will create something else for tomorrow.
