Baked b/s chicken thighs, chicken flavored buttered noodles, and steamed broccoli. If I have room I might have a small piece of Key Lime Pie.

I am in full on lazy mode so I have sent my husband for take out at the local seafood shack. I ordered a fisherman's platter. That would be haddock, scallops, whole belly clams, French fries, onion rings and cole slaw. I should be eating it for days!!

Bought some "economy ribeyes" from the Piggly Wiggly this afternoon, cut em up, dredged em in seasoned flour, threw them into the crockpot with potatoes and carrots. Still waiting for the meat to tender up for it all to become beef stew.

In the meantime, cheap champagne. Cheers!

Left over chicken from the roastie seasoned with a little Tony Chacheres with gnocchi added to white cabbage, onion, asparagus and mushroom rustic stir fry with a white wine, balsamic and coarse mustard dressing.

This might qualify for the 15 minute quick meal, I cook it all up in the wok and it usually takes about 10-15 minutes
