I have some swiss cheese that I want to use up, so I'm making Dijon Croque Monsieurs. Basically a grilled ham & cheese on french bread with a nice spread of dijon mustard, dipped in egg wash and then grilled.
Cup of tomato soup on the side, and chocolate cookies for dessert.
concert tonight so something very simple. I have 4 potatoes baking now and will have cheese, sour cream and bacon for our baked potato bar
romaine lettuce and baby spinach salad with ripe pear, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, almonds and homemade blue cheese dressing
Pan seared flank steak over a bed of romaine lettuce with diced carrots, cucumbers, scallions and shredded cheddar/jack blend with home made rye croutons. Yummy!
black beans and brown rice with sliced avocado and a mango cucumber salad (from Whole Foods).
