Friends requested "that stuff".
Curly pasta with ham/garlic/mushrooms/cream, mixed green salad, bread braid and apple crumble with almonds (simmer pealed Apple slices with cinnamon/honey in Chardonnay until they are almost done). Nuts, blackberries, cheddar for lingering over the last glass of wine.

Wow, even though I do grill year round (unless the grill is buried under snow) our grilling season is really just starting... many of my neighbors won't start for another two months!

Hope the heat isn't oppressive.

I was going to make Paka's "Man-Pleasing Chicken" again (it was soooo good the first time -- I'll definitely be making it again SOON!) but I decided to try this tonight:

We are having salmon, cuke and tomato salad, and snow peas. I might do cous cous as well cause the piece of Salmon is pretty small. I brought a big piece at Sam's last weekend and devided it into several small pieces. I think I must have had a magnifying glass in my hand when I devided it up.
