Tonight for dinner flax seed bread toasted with dill butter,sardine butter,an avocado salad with sweet onion,green Bell pepper,tomato,fresh cilantro,lime juice and salt/black pepper. To drink beer or wine and later carrot cake with chocolate icing and a cup of Darjeeling tea

2 diced avocados
1 sweet diced onion
1 diced green bell pepper
1 large diced ripe tomato
1/4 cup fine cut fresh cilantro
juice from 1/2 lime
salt/black pepper

My husband is cooking tonight. He's making a very garlicky roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy and steamed peas. All served with Martin's potato dinner rolls. I can't wait!

A chicken and rice casserole with green salad with fresh fruit and homemade blue cheese dressing
ice cream and strawberries for dessert.
