My Nutrisystem food got here today. So I had the spinach and ricotta stuffed shells with a huge salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion) For dessert I had a chocolate cupcake. Their new frozen selections are amazing (desserts included) I'm doing weekends my way, so I can continue to cook for me and my DS from skinnytaste.

Baked chicken teriyaki, stir fried asparagus/broccoli/celery/carrots and white rice. I copped the last of the honey cupcakes with honey cream cheese frosting after the kids were in bed, LOL.

Good luck with it. I thought the meals were good too. I am thinking of picking up the package of 1 week at Walmart, and giving myself a reset.

Baked Pork chops, baked sweet potato, peas. If I have an apple, I'll slice it and put it under the chops.
