Happy New Year everybody! I hope this year is filled with love, laughter and good health for all your loved ones.
Nothing special today. Just good old fashioned comfort food. Tuna casserole that I make with elbow macaroni, tuna, golden and cream of mushroom soup, some Italian bread crumbs, a little milk. Topped with american and Swiss cheese. Baked at 350. I did make a pecan pie too.
Cheesy eggs. Got to use them up before they go out of date.
Did you ever slice kabasie in them or even hot dogs and some chopped onion....very good.
I slice them and then brown them with onions, then add the eggs and cheese....yummy!
I am just making the kids a homemade pepperoni pizza. Husband is still away and I have to cart the eight year old all over the place after school. I am just not feeling like doing much for dinner. I keep "pizza kits" in the freezer for nights like this.

I was sitting here, totally uninspired, so you gave me the idea to make pizza. Thanks, magic. Its hot here today, and it will heat up the kitchen, but that's ok.
I made homemade chicken fried rice, added some veggies and diced pineapple. I am looking forward to having it later. Usually I just make veggie fried rice but decided to add chicken and pineapple.
