Took out some frozen patties to thaw overnight in fridge that I made last week with ground short rib and brisket. (I love that combo) Will make the hamburger buns and fries. Also will have a wilted spinach salad on the side.

Chicken curry, basmati rice and naan bread. Washed down with my new favourite cocktail, jack daniels and arnold palmer half and half tea and lemonade ... kind of a hybrid between Tennessee ice tea and a Lynchburg Lemonade.

Marinade: organic EVOO, rice wine vinegar, honey, chili garlic sauce, granulated dried onion and granulated dried garlic.
