Would love a peek at your red lentil chili with rice recipe Em.

In the meantime, cold and more cold here so I boiled a whole chicken and added some yellow zucchini, broccoli, carrots and jasmine rice. Delish and hit the spot!

Bon appétit kids!

Roast pork tenderloin, apple sauce, potato salad, and Brussels Sprouts sautéed in garlic and olive oil. I don't know why I capitalized them.

I tried this thing where I made a stir fry of beef marinated in soy sauce, honey, chilis, and garlic with cabbage, mushrooms, green onions, red peppers, and zucchini, but at the end I added a good teaspoon of horseradish and a handful of fresh shredded dill. Put a big dollop of plan yoghurt over top and it was actually amazing.

Sent it to you via DM.

We're likely to just have a salad or a sandwich for dinner tonight. Lay-zee.

Dagnabbit! Just as I went out to heat up the grill it started raining. Now the chicken and zucchini is cooking on the grill pan. It has been raining so much we have not yet been able to grill this season.
