What's For Dinner Tonight? - 2015 (beer, burgers, grill, Pound cake)

Cajun-seasoned crab cakes, baked potatoes with sour cream and butter, fresh string beans, cole slaw, and garlic bread. Unsweetened iced tea to drink. Dessert is pound cake topped with a warm three-fruit compote (blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries) and homemade lemon whipped cream.

It was a Chick-Fil-A spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries tonight, white Portuguese wine. Dates and coffee to finish the meal. My wife and daughter got takeout, hence the wine.

Crockpot bone-in pork rib, peas & carrots, red potato with sour cream and topped with chopped scallions.

Trader Joe's orange chicken, sausage slices in barbecue sauce, brown rice and steamed broccoli.

Another beautiful day here. Tonight we will be grilling mushroom and feta with cheddar on top burgers. I will serve with choice of bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, pickles, mustards, ketchup and/or mayonnaise. I think a couple of cold Modelos to go with sounds perfect.

We are having daughter and hubby over for dinner in exchange for a short honey do list. Our son in law is much better at doing certain things than spoiled brat. He doesn't mind helping, and loves the good scotch he gets along with the good dinner. I am doing a sirloin tip roast, roasted veggies and a large green salad. We are skipping the carbs. We had ours for breakfast and I am sure they managed to have some as well.
