Loaded turkey Swiss burgers. Topped with mushrooms and turkey bacon. Homemade baked beans, corn on the cob, salad with blue cheese dressing. For dessert, red, white and blue trifle.
Take angel food cake and cut into bite size pieces, cut up strawberries and toss them in with blueberries, mix in white chocolate sugar free instant pudding and top with fat free cool whip.

Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich:

Zesty sweet peppadew piquant peppers, feta cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions and cilantro jalapeño hummus on freshly baked sourdough bread.

I'm also having a bowl of tomato soup.

Later on =ice cold watermelon.
