I stuck a chicken in the crockpot this morning and nibbled on it while I pulled the meat off the bones for some later incarnation. I think that's going to be it.

Chicken "pizza" (the crust was the chicken, so it was more like chicken parmesan), and a salad.

Made stuffed cabbage with a sweet and sour tomato sauce, carrot and raisin salad with a sour cream dressing and a chopped green lettuce tomato and cucumber dressing.

Made my mom's Pink Lemonade cake - for those who need something sweet.
